Member Referral Contest! And a chance to become a mod!

As you may know, this is a new forum. The contest is to see how many new members you can get. This contest will run for a limited time. The top 3 winners will recive VIP status, which includes access to a special VIP forum and other special permissions. Two oout of the three members will also get a chance to become mods if they can act appropriately and prove they have what it takes to mod the JN Burnett Forums

Without a referral code-system, you can't possibly do it. And the honour system never works.
Since you're hosting on open-board forums, you can't mod it (to my knowledge) to fit this need. So, um...
